Have your say on crime, policing and community safety with this years Lincolnshire Police and Crime Survey. The survey closes on 7 December 2025
Please see the below email from Jo Davison, Chief Executive of the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner which is shared with members of the Panel:
As you will be aware, each year, the Police and Crime Commissioner runs his Crime and Policing survey to gather residents’ views on crime, policing and community safety and, crucially, understand how much residents are willing to pay towards policing through their council tax. This year's Lincolnshire Police and Crime Survey 2025 is live until 7 December 2025 and can be completed via the following link:SURVEY
The consultation findings will help shape decisions on policing priorities and directly inform the setting of the council tax precept for 2026/27. Last year’s survey achieved record participation, with more than 4000 residents taking part, but with over 659,000 adults living in Lincolnshire we want to reach even more people in 2025.
The wide-ranging data collected from this survey is shared with partners across local government to support us all in our collective aims regarding community safety, as well as being used to support joint bids for funding such as the Safer Streets Fund, which has seen millions in additional funding being gained for each of the districts of the county. The summary findings from previous surveys are publicly available on the PCC’s website.
