BILSBY & FARLESTHORPE PARISH COUNCIL
The next meeting of the Bilsby & Farlesthorpe Parish Council will be held on Thursday 9th July 2026 at 7pm in Holy Trinity Church, Bilsby.
Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.
Prior to the council meeting commencing there will be a period of not more than 15 minutes when any member of the public present may raise matters. Once the Parish Council meeting commences members of the public are not allowed to speak unless permitted by the Chair.

1. Chair’s Welcome and Opening Remarks
2. Apologies for absence: to receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting
Public Participation (maximum 15 minutes)
3. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members Register of Interests
4. To approve as correct the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 12 March 2026 and to authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes
5. To receive any updates on outstanding matters and correspondence not itemised on the agenda
6. Financial Matters:
a. To approve payments due
b. To approve the Finance Monitoring Reports & Bank Reconciliation as at 30 June 2026
c. To note receipt of exempt status and closure of the Annual Governance & Accounting Return for the period to 31 March 2026 from the External Auditors and to receive an update on the Notice of the Exercise of Public Rights
8. To discuss and approve a request from Bilsby DCC for a Parish Council grant to support the ground maintenance of Bilsby Holy Trinity Church
9. Planning Matters
10. To discuss and approve the response to the National Grid: Great Grid Update – Eastern Green Link 5 Stage 2 Consultation
11. To receive any general updates from representatives of outside bodies:
a. East Lindsey District Council
b. Lincolnshire County Council
12. Any other Matters for general discussion (not decision) or items for next agenda
